The promotion of employees is divided into four parts: first, the comprehensive management and personnel department determines the number of employees who meet the promotion according to the business situation and organizes the establishment of an evaluation team. Second: the department head shall evaluate the staff's work attitude, performance and skill improvement according to the number of people to be assessed, and select the candidates for primary examination and the assessment team shall review them.
